  • Orders are processed after the pre-order production phase is complete 
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information 
  • We are not responsible for the delays caused by carriers or customs

5. CALLCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

Because items are made-to-order:

  • All pre-orders are final sale 
  • No cancellations once the order has been placed
  • No refunds unless:
  •           You receive a defective item 
  •           You receive the wrong item
